We start with a posture assessment and a range of motion assessment to see if the issue is skeletal or muscle related or both. If it is determined that it is a muscle imbalance, next we will do a full kinetic chain movement assessment using our state-of-the-art Redcord system to find the root cause of your pain. The program is structured to treat the origin of the pain, not the symptom. This is what keeps the pain from returning, AND is currently keeping you in that vicious inflammatory cycle. Once the assessment determines the origin of your muscle imbalance, we then design a customized program for your situation. We will re-assess your progress every 6-weeks to determine if the muscle imbalances are improving. A typical corrective program runs about 6-12 weeks, but can be more depending on the severity of the injury.
