Movement represents the integrated functioning of many systems within the human body, primarily the muscular, skeletal, and nervous systems. these systems form an integrated triad that, when operating correctly, allows for optimal structural alignment, neuromuscular control and movement.
We will perform a full movement “Squat Analysis” to find the “root” cause of you muscle pain, and finally find out what is limiting you to live a PAIN-FREE lifestyle that you so deserve!
Did you know that Each and every day, we are constantly doing activities that create muscle imbalances in the body. From sleeping on one side, sitting for long periods of time, or participating in sports like tennis and golf, our bodies slowly develop strengths and weaknesses that eventually lead to asymmetry in the body. When these posture and movement imbalances are present in the body, we can be more susceptible to chronic pain and injuries. Poor movement mechanics of any kind of sets the stage for injury, and ill health.
