Mike Hardy - Founder of Medical Fitness and Wellness Group
Mike Hardy is a Medical and Corrective Exercise Specialist, a Certified Personal trainer, a certified Nutrition Coach, as well as the founder of Medical Fitness and Wellness Group, an exercise and wellness company based in Johns Creek, Georgia. He holds a Masters degree in Exercise Science and Rehabilitation. His certifications are from three of the most respected and recognized credentialing organizations in the world and he has over 10 years experience in the exercise and fitness industry.
Mike's journey with physical fitness began in college 28 years ago when one of his friends who was an avid weight lifter and boxer convinced him to go to the campus gym with him one day. Mike quickly embraced the lifestyle and the health benefits exercising gave him, not just from a physical standpoint, but from a wellness standpoint as well. Shortly after, Mike became certified as a Personal Trainer, and was on staff with LA Fitness for several years where a master trainer introduced him to a whole new approach of functional and core training. While attending school for his Masters in Exercise Science and rehabilitation, Mike had the opportunity to work for a Medical Exercise company in Duluth, Georgia, where he learned from the best in the business in the way of Medical and Corrective Exercise. Several years later Mike decided to open his own mobile personal training business training clients in their homes, and his company, New Strength Dynamics was formed. Finally, with an increasingly busy client schedule, Mike decided to move to the next level and add a physical location in Johns Creek, Georgia, now called Medical Fitness and Wellness Group, and has been in operation since 2014.

Mike lives with his wife Zohreh, family, and family dog and cat (Gracie and Persia) in Cumming Georgia. His current activites include fitness, kickboxing, mountain biking, golf, travel, and indulging in a fine glass of red wine (in moderation of course :D).
Dan Lambert - Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Dan Lambert was born in Detroit and grew up in mid-Michigan. His involvement in sports and coaching, baseball in particular, along with an aptitude for math and science led him to the University of Michigan, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He went on to Life University, in Marietta, where he obtained his Doctorate in Chiropractic, also Magna Cum Laude. He has been practicing Chiropractic for over 20 years in Florida and Gwinnett County, including a three year teaching position at Life University where he taught technique and patient management.
Dr. Lambert's current model for health includes diagnosis and treatment of structural/postural anomalies, incorporating functional tests and diagnostic imaging and making those adjustments to improve function, performance, and achieve optimum health. He is also trained and licensed in the use of physical modalities and therapy techniques, with a chiropractic emphasis on:
- Chiropractic Biophysics (CBP)
- Thompson Technique
- Gonstead / Full Spine Technique
- Postural stretching, rehabilitative, and corrective exercises
- X-Ray Analysis / Posture Evaluation / Scoliosis Testing

Dr. Lambert lives in Buford and has 2 teenage sons. His current activities and interests include tennis, golf, cooking, and of course baseball, where he continues to play at age 50 in an Atlanta Men's League.
Manisha Kapasi - Certified Hand Therapist/ Physical Therapist
Manisha Kapasi is the President and Owner of Meadows Physical Therapy and Hand Clinic since its inception in 2001, and is partnered with Medical Fitness and Wellness Group as their Physical Therapy provider. She started her clinic to provide individualized care to patients. In 2003, she opened a second branch in Lawrenceville. Manisha has a PhD in Anatomy and has over 29 years experience as a physical therapist in treating orthopedic and hand injuries and is a certified hand therapist for the past 21 years. She has served as a guest lecturer at Emory University to teach the Doctor of Physical Therapy students about hand rehabilitation. In 2009, she obtained her certification in Dry Needling to treat myofascial pain. In 2011 she took a course in Redcord Medical/Neurac. Redcord is a Norwegian system of ropes and slings that allow patients to strengthen and reactivate dormant muscles in a safe, pain-free manner. Manisha is a member of the American Society of Hand Therapists and Georgia Upper Extremity Special Interest Group.
Karl Liebengood - Licensed Massage Therapist
Karl has worked in a variety of therapeutic environments such as wellness programs, Chiropractic offices, as well as day spa settings. Karl is experienced in several modalities of massage including: Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, hot stone massage, massage cupping, sports massage, medical massage, lymph drainage, and injury rehabilitation.
Karl is very passionate about the field of massage therapy and hopes to continue to educate the public about the benefits of massage as a holistic approach to helping the body heal itself, and making massage an affordable and valuable part of his clients' wellness plans.

Lori is a registered, licensed dietician who has an extensive background in the area of nutrition, wellness and exercise psychology. She worked for several years at the Emory Health Enhancement Center, developing the weight loss program and cardiac rehabilitation nutrition program. She has worked in the area of women and children's nutrition and wellness, and has an extensive background working with weight management, diabetes, gastrointestinal disorders and food allergies.
Lori has worked in the nutrition and fitness business for over 20 years. She truly has a passion for helping individuals achieve optimum health through proper nutrition and exercise.
